Services & Fees
All traditional notarial and travel fee amounts are established by NRS 240.100 (as modified by AB 245).
All fees for electronic notarial acts are established by NRS 240.197.
Fees for Traditional Notarial Services:
Acknowledgment, first signature of each signer - $15.00
Additional signature of each signer -$7.50
Jurat, for each signature on the affidavit -$15.00
Administering an oath/affirmation - $7.50
Certified copy -$7.50
Travel 6 am - 7 pm - $15 per hour (2 hours minimum)
Travel 7 pm - 6 am - $30 per hour (2 hours minimum)
Fees for e-Notary Services (IPEN & RON)
Acknowledgment, each signature - $25.00
Jurat, each signature - $25.00
Administering an oath/affirmation - $25.00
Travel 6 am - 7 pm - $10 per hour (2 hours minimum)
Travel 7 pm and 6 am -$25 per hour (2 hours minimum)
